Vogue India Photo-shoot
MyJam Talent & Pepper teamed up with Vogue’s new publication Vogue India, for a monumental photo-shoot featuring the most influential Indian Chefs in Britain to be published in July. Atul Kochhar (Benares), Vineet Bhatia (Rasoi/Urban Turban), Anjum Anand (Indian Food Made Easy BBC2), Mehernosh Mody (La Porte des Indes), Vivek Singh (Cinammon Club) and Monisha Bharadwaj (Cooking With Monisha) all gathered at Sketch restaurant this month.

Momma Cherri's Big House re-opened on Saturday 5th January 2008. The restaurant is being run under license by Momma Cherri's daughter Katryna.

Adebola Adeshina
Ramsay trained chef Adebola Adeshina makes his first Great British Menu appearance on the BBC representing the South East region. Adebola of The Lock restaurant in Tottenham Hale promotes regeneration in the area and is currently working with the Fairbridge charity, helping under-privileged kids understand and find a passion for food.

Andy Pearson
Andy Pearson comes 5th in the IBA World Cocktail Competition 2007. The winner of the 56th IBA WORLD COCKTAIL COMPETITION 2007, held in Taiwan earlier this week, was Krista Meri from Estonia. The UKBG’s representative, Andy Pearson, came a very respectable 5th in the world’s ultimate professional cocktail competition. Congratulations Andy!
